Boundless Ambient - Meditative Ambient Music

Why I Made Meditative Dreams

Meditative Dreams started in a very simple, very personal way.

At the time, someone I cared about was having an anxiety attack. I didn’t set out to make an album, I just recorded an acappella version of a track that eventually became “Calming.” It was the first thing that came out naturally. No plan, no structure, just my voice.

They listened to it and told me it helped. They said my voice was calming (no pun intended) and that response stayed with me. That single moment became the seed for everything else!

How it Snowballed

After that, I started experimenting with instrumentals to support the vocals. One track turned into another, and what I originally thought would be a short, four-track project slowly grew.

Eventually, the album became seven tracks. That number felt intentional to me; seven comes up often in the Bible, and it felt symbolic without needing to overthink it. I also wanted the album to feel complete, so I structured it to begin with “Good Morning” and end with “Good Night.” It all came full circle with a gentle opening and a soft landing.

My hope is that Meditative Dreams is the kind of album you can return to again and again, not something you consume once and move on from. I can’t wait to make a second one, especially a dedicated sleep album!
